Opening Dates for 2026:

We will be open from Thursday, 30th April 2026 to Monday, 14th September 2026.

Midweek Reset (Mon–Fri)

Stay 4 nights, pay for 3 — arrive Monday, leave Friday.

To book it: choose Mon–Fri (4 nights) and set your stay to 4 nights.

Full Week Escape (any start day)

Stay 7 nights, pay for 6 — pick the arrival day that suits you.

To book it: choose Standard Rate and set your stay to 7 nights.

Summer Deal (best value)

Book 4 nights and only pay for 3 — works out from £27/night (selected dates).

Standard pitches start from £36/night.

Book Now: The online booking system will go live on Monday, 2nd March 2026.
Payment: Full payment must be made upfront to confirm your booking.

Lead Booker: Must be over 21 years of age and staying on-site (ID may be required).
Minimum Stays:
- June to August: 2-night minimum stay for Friday or Saturday arrivals.
- End of May and August Bank Holidays: 3-night minimum stay (Friday arrival).
Facilities: No electricity/Wi-Fi on-site. Hot showers and toilets available.
Check-In/Out: Check-in from 14:00, check-out before 12:00.
Pup Tents: Charged separately.

Additional pitches can be added during your first pitch booking. Add extra pitches from the 4th webpage during the booking process.
Please add your group leader’s surname and expected number of pitches in the Notes section.

Location: On the banks of the River Stour.
Amenities:
- Memory foam double mattress (with sheet), 6 roll mats & light.
- Fire pit included.
Capacity: Up to 6 people (adults and children).
Pricing:
- £95 per night.
- Weekend: 3 nights minimum (Fri–Sun) = £285.
- Midweek: 2 nights minimum (Mon–Wed or Wed–Fri) = £190.

Additional Charges: £12 per night for each adult over 2 adults. Children free.
Check-In/Out: From 2pm arrival, departure before 12pm.
Note: Bell tents are fixed in place and allocated on a first-come basis.
