Standard Camping

A pitch means one tent (or one caravan/campervan/motorhome) and your group.

Pitch price: £36 per night for up to 2 adults sharing one pitch.

Peak premium: +£4 per night on Fridays & Saturdays (and Sundays on Bank Holiday weekends).

Children under 18: FREE when staying on the same pitch with the adults.

Optional extras

  • Additional adult (3rd adult and above): £12 per adult per night

  • Children-only pup tent (under 18): £6 per night

  • Early check-in (10am, grass pitches only): £16

  • Late check-out (4pm, grass pitches only): £16

  • Gazebo: £6 per night

  • Additional car: £6 per night


Summer Holiday Offers

Mid-week offer (Mon–Fri): 4 nights for the price of 3

Available every week we’re open during the summer holidays.

Maximum of 1 free night total per full week (per booking).

One-week offer: 7 nights for the price of 6

Arrive any day of the week.


Dogs

£6 per dog per night (maximum 2 dogs per pitch).

Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. Please pick up and dispose of any fouling.

If there is an incident involving your dog (including excessive barking that disturbs guests or neighbours), you may be asked to leave the site with no refund.

Dogs can be added during booking as an optional extra.

Hot showers

Boat launch for your own canoe, kayak or rowing boat (permits issued by the Environment Agency / Canoe Union / Visit Anglian Waterways).

5m Bell Tent Hire (Riverside)

We have two 5m bell tents on the banks of the River Stour.

What’s included

  • Memory foam double mattress (with sheet)

  • 6 roll mats

  • Light

  • Fire pit included for the duration of your stay

What to bring

Please bring your own camping items such as sleeping bags, pillows, airbeds, and bunting.

Please note: bell tents are fixed and cannot be moved.

Prices

  • £95 per night

  • Weekend stays (Fri–Sun): minimum 3 nights = £285

  • Midweek stays: minimum 2 nights (Mon–Wed = £190 / Wed–Fri = £190)

Check-in / check-out

  • Check-in: from 2pm

  • Check-out: by 12pm

  • Bell tents allocated first-come, first-served

Additional charges

  • Additional adults: £12 per night for each adult over 2 adults

  • Children: FREE

Scouts & Duke of Edinburgh Groups

£12 per child (under 18)

£12 per group leader

During busier periods we may not be able to accept Scouts/DofE bookings over Bank Holidays and weekends in June, July and August. Mid-week groups are always possible.

Campfires

£28 Campfire Bundle2 bags of logs, 1 fire pit, kindling + firelighters, bucket and grill

£8 fire pit hire per stay (only our fire pits are allowed on site)

Firewood & kindling: £20 (2 bags) / £10 (1 bag)minimum order 2 bags initially. For safety, only wood purchased on site can be used.

Fire pit grills: free of charge for cooking

We deliver everything to your pitch

Fires must be fully extinguished by 11:00pm

Water buckets provided for putting fires out

Canoe Hire (Exclusive to Rushbanks guests)

Explore Constable Country’s River Stour. Training and maps provided before your trip, plus free ponchos.

Times: 10:00am – 7:00pm (9 hours)

Canoe hire: £70 all day

Buoyancy aids: children FREE / adults £8 per day

Capacity: up to 3 adults, or 2 adults + 2 children

Route note: paddle to The Anchor Inn, Nayland (carry around two weirs)

Paddleboards (SUP)

£50 all day (2 available)
